Movimiento Responsive es una comunidad auto-organizada para líderes transformacionales que crea un cambio fundamental en la forma en que los líderes crean mejores maneras de trabajar y organizarse en el Siglo 21.
El capítulo de Responsive Org México es un foro de la comunidad de agentes de cambio para compartir, discutir y desarrollar los principios de las organizaciones Responsivas que están diseñadas para aprender y responder rápidamente a través del flujo abierto de información; fomentar la experimentación y el aprendizaje en ciclos rápidos, así como el diseño de organizaciones basado en una red de colaboradores, clientes y socios motivados por un propósito compartido.
Robin Zander era solo un miembro de la comunidad interesado en el Futuro del Trabajo en 2014, cuando se le presentó el movimiento Responsive Org.
Desde entonces, se ha adueñado del Movimiento, fundó la Conferencia anual Responsive, organizó más de 100 eventos en todo el mundo y continuó fomentando el crecimiento del movimiento global Responsive Org.
Responsive Org eligió a Monterrey
Responsive llegó a la ciudad de Monterrey el 12 de junio, instalando su conocimiento en We Work Blvd Antonio Rdz.
Más de 100 personas entre asistentes y Speakers vivieron la experiencia en comunidad del Foro “El Futuro del Trabajo en México” donde se hizo un análisis del estado actual y las perspectivas de la evolución de las organizaciones y el lugar de trabajo en nuestro país.

El evento tuvo lugar en Monterrey, Nuevo León, en las instalaciones de WeWork, donde los participantes convivieron con nueve conferencistas y experimentaron dos talleres vivenciales simultáneos con expertos en sus respectivas materias.

Dentro de los temas que importan e impactan de “El futuro del trabajo” son los siguientes:

- Transparencia salarial
- La temporalidad de los trabajos

The future of work in Mexico (English Version)
The Responsive Org is a self-organized community for transformational leaders that creates a fundamental change in the way leaders create better ways to work and organize in the 21st Century.
The Responsive Org Mexico chapter is a forum of the community of change agents to share, discuss and develop the principles of Responsive organizations that are designed to learn and respond quickly through the open flow of information; encourage experimentation and learning in rapid cycles, as well as the design of organizations based on a network of collaborators, clients and partners motivated by a shared purpose.
Robin Zander was only a member of the community interested in the Future of Work in 2014, when he was introduced to the Responsive Org movement.
Since then, he has taken over the Movement, founded the annual Responsive Conference, organized more than 100 events worldwide and continued to foster the growth of the global Responsive Org movement.
Responsive Org chose Monterrey
Responsive arrived in the city of Monterrey on June 12, installing his knowledge on We Work Blvd Antonio Rdz.
More than 100 people between attendees and Speakers lived the community experience of the Forum “The Future of Work in Mexico” where an analysis was made of the current state and the perspectives of the evolution of organizations and the workplace in our country.
The event took place in Monterrey, Nuevo León, at the WeWork facilities, where participants lived with nine speakers and experienced two simultaneous experiential workshops with experts in their respective subjects.
